SHIPPING POLICY
Custom & Physical Orders
Custom Relations products are made with care and may require production time before they are ready for pickup or shipping.
Processing & Turnaround Time
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for custom physical orders to be completed. Turnaround time begins after all required order details, photos, personalization information, and payment have been received.
Shipping
Orders that require shipping will be shipped after production is complete. Shipping/transit time is separate from the 7–10 business day production time. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Local Orders
Local custom orders also have an estimated 7–10 business day turnaround time unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Custom Relations is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside the control of Custom Relations. If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact Custom Relations as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. No physical item will be mailed when purchasing a digital-only product. Digital products are delivered electronically according to the delivery method stated on the product page or at checkout.
